Culinary Coaching - unique in Europe tailor made training course for professional Chefs


Culinary Coaching offers a service that allows passionate chefs to acquire and develop an essence of own culinary sensitivity and creativity. Our aim is to achieve a long-term benefit that will continue as a chef’s skills develop throughout his career. Our service enhances all cooking styles and trends for chefs with an existing solid technical base.
The purpose of Culinary Coaching is to extract and to emphasize the best of your creations and key dishes by accompanying you through a process of technical tastings and structured sensory analysis. The Culinary Coaching does not interfere with the work provided by the Chef or his organisation, does not impose a "model" and lets him his entire freedom of creation and action.
As a chef, you will be able to channel your creative energy to discover your specialist skills and to develop an outcome that is truly authentic and unique. Our mission is to encourage and assist you to identify your ‘signature cuisine’ to a deeper level of sensitivity.  Together, we will ‘fine tune’ your dishes and instruct you whilst you create new dishes in order to achieve a perfect balance between the good, the just and the beautiful. 
The tastings are conducted in duo (the Chef and the Consultant) on site, one day per month over a period of 12, 18 or 24 months and can be adapted in order to achieve your goals. If necessary we can set-up a one-week internship in the kitchen of a well known Chef with two or three Michelin stars, in France.
Culinary Coaching is aimed at Chefs who aspire for the peaks of ‘Haute Cuisine’, or at the well established and recognized Chefs who need an objective opinion to maintain their level of excellence.
